Varner Commercial Property Consultants, Inc. was founded by Dean Varner in 1996. Mr. Varner has been actively involved in all aspects of commercial and multi-family real estate since graduating from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia in 1989. Varner Commercial offers clients the experience that comes from hundreds of successful transactions, investment funds with superior returns, and leasing and management experience with income producing properties valued in excess of $75,000,000. We have also helped our telecom clients develop hundreds of tower and antenna sites throughout the region.
