Varner Commercial's professionals have extensive commercial leasing experience and a solid record of success. Dean Varner began his leasing experience with Keenan-Colliers International where he was responsible for leasing 575,000 square feet of office and retail space. He turned around challenging projects and increased the occupancy of the portfolio from 69.5% to 90.2% in an extremely competitive environment. Notable accomplishments were as follows:
