DEAN VARNER
Dean has 25 years of experience with Site Acquisition, Development, Leasing and Management for Telecom Tower Assets and has been actively involved in all facets of the commercial real estate industry since graduating from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia in 1989 with concentrations in Finance and Management. In 1996, he formed Varner Commercial Property Consultants to provide top quality advisory services to the Telecom Tower Industry. He has successfully concluded hundreds of projects on behalf of his extensive client list.
JASON GROSECLOSE
Jason has 22 years of experience with the Management, Construction and Leasing of Telecom Tower Assets and has spent his entire career in the Tower Industry since graduating from the College of Charleston in 1997. He spent the first 20 years of his career working for American Tower Corporation primarily as a Marketing Account Manager and as a Project Manager. As Marketing Account manager, he was responsible for managing and marketing over 800 tower sites throughout the Southeast. As a Project Manager he managed a team that oversaw the initiation and completion of over 1,000 new towers and antenna upgrades.
